| DONNA Winslow forgot to mention the roosters crowing in the background while getting the massages. I think the massages were definitely the highlight of my day too. We climbed up 3 flights of stairs to open air pavilions where there were 2 massage tables in each room. Jenna and I both had massages in the same room, but we could hear Wills and Winslow in the next room. The funniest part was hearing Will say Dad, how many people can you handle walking on your back?? Nobody offered to walk on my back, or on Jennaâs (thankfully). I have to say, the massage was as good as any I have had anywhere. And afterward we were all led, in our rubbery state, to another open air private room/pavilion with cushions to sit down at our own table and served hot tea and fruit-kabobs. I have to agree with Willsâ¦.I will erase Celurek (sp?) Silver Town from my mind as well. All I wanted to do was get a few silver necklaces etc for gifts, but the effort involved to negotiate each individual item was exhausting. And then, after getting back in Putuâs car and realizing I was fighting to spend $18 (for 5 items) instead of $20 I was even more bugged. There are so many zeros in the currency! For instance, 100.000 rupiahs is the same as $!0. So when somebody gives you a price of 80,000 rupiahs, the automatic response is WOW. But $8 is not so bad. The monkey forest was wild. A very full, great day. | FamilyReptilePark Originally uploaded by DonnaM123. |
